I am President and Co-Founder of Element 84, an Alexandria based software development company.  In business since 2010, we have grown to a team of over 40 people and much of my recent work has been spent working on making both the company, and my work in particular, scalable.  My end goal is to be able to focus primarily on maintaining our company culture.

More importantly, I am a wife of seventeen years and mother to two sons.  I am Washington Nats fan, love geeky t-shirts and read the Wall Street Journal for fun (honest!).
